Csilla Kóra Balássy
International experience. A personal approach.
I founded LongArc to combine my international business and life experience with a commitment to supporting people in their personal and professional development.
My career spans business development, strategy, research and client relationships across finance, automation, tourism and consumer goods. I have held roles at Unilever, Danone, Nielsen, Costa Crociere, MBH Bank and Emerson.
I speak French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian and Romanian fluently, and have extensive experience working across cultures. Connecting with people from different backgrounds has taught me to listen carefully, question my own assumptions and take the time to understand each person’s experiences, ambitions and concerns.
My approach to individual coaching begins with your circumstances and what matters to you. Rather than starting with a fixed programme or ready-made answers, we explore the questions you want to address, the choices available to you and what meaningful progress would look like in your life. Through reflection, attentive listening and constructive challenge, I support you in developing your own understanding and deciding how to move forward.
I believe that personal development should evolve alongside technological progress.
Education and coaching studies
I hold a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Budapest Business School, complemented by advanced studies in executive, business and life coaching.
