LongArc · Privacy
Your information.
Handled with care.
This privacy policy explains the personal information involved in visiting this website and making an enquiry, including your choices and rights.

Who is responsible for your information?
LongArc S.à r.l.-S is the controller for personal information processed to operate this website and handle enquiries. Our registered office is 50, Am Eck, L-9742 Boxhorn, Luxembourg. Our RCS Luxembourg number is B311196. Our business-permit number is 10198784/0.
Contact info@longarc.lu with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or write to the registered office. The responsible company representative is Csilla Kóra Balássy, gérante.
This policy concerns the public website and initial enquiries. Information specific to a coaching engagement is provided separately before the relevant processing begins.
What information is involved, and why?
We aim to collect only what is needed. Required enquiry fields are your name, email address, a brief message and confirmation that you are an adult making an appropriate enquiry. Your coaching interest and preferred language are optional. Please keep messages general: do not send health details, payment-card information, confidential documents or identifying information about a child.
| Processing | Information and purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Potential-client enquiries | Contact details and the information you choose to provide, to assess your request and discuss a possible engagement. | Steps at your request before a possible contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable. |
| General correspondence | Your message and contact details, to respond to questions, feedback or a representative’s enquiry. | Legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f): handling relevant correspondence and running the practice responsibly. |
| Website delivery and security | Technical requests and hosting logs, potentially including IP address, time, requested page, browser details and error information. | Legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f): making the website available, detecting abuse and troubleshooting. |
| Legal duties and rights | Relevant records needed to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. | Article 6(1)(c) for legal obligations; Article 6(1)(f) for the legitimate interest in protecting legal rights, where applicable. |
You do not have to use the form or supply optional information. Without sufficient contact details and context, we may be unable to respond meaningfully. No newsletter or marketing subscription is created by making an enquiry. No automated eligibility decision or profiling is carried out by the website.
What happens when you contact us?
The enquiry tool prepares a plain-text draft in your browser. Preparing or copying a draft does not send it to LongArc, a form-delivery service or an AI model. You choose whether to open your email application or copy the message, review it and send it. LongArc receives the information only when your email is sent and delivered.
The page does not store enquiry text in cookies, local storage or a website database. The draft remains visible on the page until you edit or clear it or leave the page; selecting “Clear this enquiry” removes the values and prepared draft from this page. Leaving the page also triggers a reset where the browser runs that event. These controls do not erase independent browser autofill, screenshots, clipboard copies, email drafts or sent messages.
Selecting “Copy message” uses your device’s clipboard where supported. Clipboard history or device synchronisation may retain a copy under your own settings. On a shared device, clear the form and clipboard after use. Your browser, email application and email provider apply their own arrangements to the information you place in them.
The adult confirmation is a participation safeguard, not consent to advertising and not proof of parental authority. You may email us directly instead. Please do not use a public enquiry to send sensitive coaching records.
Who receives information?
Within LongArc, access is limited to people who need the information to handle your enquiry or operate the practice. The relevant categories of recipients are:
- Website hosting
- Service providers supporting website delivery, infrastructure and security, which may process technical request and access-log information.
- Email services
- Providers supporting the delivery and storage of correspondence sent to info@longarc.lu.
- Other recipients
- Professional advisers and competent authorities, where disclosure is necessary and lawfully justified.
No separate online form-delivery service receives your enquiry from this website. We do not sell enquiry information.
Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer arranged by LongArc must meet the applicable data-protection requirements, using an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards where required. Contact info@longarc.lu for information about the providers involved in your enquiry, processing locations and any applicable safeguards, including how to obtain a copy. This policy does not represent all processing as confined to Luxembourg or the European Economic Area.
How long is information kept?
The applicable retention criteria differ by record. We consider whether the purpose is still active, whether a follow-up you requested remains outstanding, and whether a specific legal obligation or legal claim justifies keeping relevant information.
- Initial enquiries: an enquiry is active while we answer your request or carry out follow-up you requested. It is closed when that exchange is completed, you tell us you will not proceed, or you ask us to end the discussion. Information no longer needed after closure is removed through our record-review and deletion process. An agreed later follow-up may justify retaining the necessary contact information until that follow-up is completed.
- Enquiries that become engagements: only relevant information is transferred to the client record. The separate client privacy information explains the retention applicable to that engagement.
- Technical security records: routine records are subject to the service provider’s configured rotation and deletion cycle. Records associated with a specific error, incident or abuse investigation may need to be isolated until it is resolved. Any longer legal retention is limited to the relevant records and purpose. Contact us for the period applicable to your information and the provider involved.
- Legal obligations and claims: records are kept only to the extent necessary for the applicable obligation, limitation period or specific proceedings. When this requires longer retention, access and use are limited to that purpose.
- Browser and email drafts: these remain under your control and that of your software or service provider until you send them. Clearing this page does not delete those independent copies.
Deletion also takes account of backup rotation. A retained backup must not be used to restore information to ordinary use after its deletion unless a lawful reason requires it. You may contact info@longarc.lu about your records or to exercise the rights below.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccuracies, erasure, restriction of processing and portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send your request to info@longarc.lu. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity where necessary; please do not send identity documents unless requested. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receipt. Where the GDPR permits an extension because of complexity or the number of requests, it may be extended by up to two further months; we will explain the extension and its reasons within the initial month. Requests are normally free of charge, subject to the GDPR’s limited exceptions for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
You may complain to the Luxembourg Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) through its complaint procedure, or to another competent supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. You are not required to contact LongArc first.
The governing framework is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the General Data Protection Regulation, together with applicable Luxembourg law.
Young people and sensitive information
The public enquiry tool is intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian should make the initial enquiry for someone under 18 using their own contact details. An 18-year-old may enquire independently. There is no need to name a child or share medical, developmental, school or other sensitive records in an initial message.
If a coaching engagement involves a minor, suitability, authority, participation, age-appropriate information, lawful processing and confidentiality arrangements must be addressed separately before the relevant information is collected. The adult checkbox is an enquiry safeguard, not proof of parental authority and not a substitute for any legally required verification.
If sensitive information is sent unexpectedly, we will assess what is necessary and lawful, limit access, and arrange appropriate deletion or a suitable alternative channel where needed.
Security and changes
The website is designed to avoid unnecessary collection. Please keep initial enquiries general and do not send sensitive records or payment-card details. No online service or email channel can be guaranteed completely secure.
The date at the top identifies the current policy. Changes to the website or processing will be reflected here, with additional notification where required. For questions, contact info@longarc.lu.
