What LongArc provides
LongArc provides strategic, non-clinical coaching for individuals across professional and personal transitions. Areas described on the website include executive and business coaching, emerging-leader development, family and parent coaching, LongArc Formation for adolescents, and LongArc Horizon for later-life transitions.
Coaching is a structured partnership that supports reflection, decision-making, goal-setting and action. It is not a promise of a particular personal, professional, educational, financial or business result. Progress depends on the individual situation, participation and circumstances beyond LongArc’s control.
Coaching does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, regulated investment or financial advice, or specialist educational assessment. It is not a substitute for those services. References to AI concern human capabilities and adaptation to technological change; they do not amount to a technical implementation or software-training service.
This is not an emergency service. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In Luxembourg and across the EU, the emergency number is 112.
Enquiries, fees and engagement terms
This website provides information and invites enquiries. Preparing an email draft, opening your email application or sending an enquiry does not book a session, conclude a coaching contract or commit you to payment.
Before an engagement is agreed, we provide the proposed service, suitability, delivery arrangements, duration, total fees including applicable taxes or the basis of calculation, payment and cancellation terms, and the applicable consumer information. An enquiry is not acceptance of those terms. Please ask for clarification before agreeing to a service.
Where a consumer concludes a qualifying distance or off-premises service contract, a statutory 14-day withdrawal right generally applies from conclusion of that contract, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. Information on exercising that right and the withdrawal form are provided with the contract where required. Starting a service during that period requires the consumer’s express request. Any proportionate charge or loss of the right after full performance applies only where the legal conditions, including required information and acknowledgements, have been met.
Commercial cancellation terms do not replace a statutory withdrawal right. Nothing on this website waives mandatory consumer rights. This notice is not a substitute for the individual contract and its required pre-contractual information.
Young people and family work
LongArc Formation is described for ages 14–18. For a participant under 18, the initial enquiry should be made by a parent or legal guardian using their own contact details. A participant aged 18 may enquire independently. Do not include a child’s identifying or sensitive details in the public enquiry.
Suitability, parental authority, the young person’s participation, consent requirements, confidentiality and any sharing of information are addressed before work begins. Coaching does not replace clinical, educational or safeguarding support. Where a different form of support is needed, an appropriate professional pathway should be considered.
Confidentiality is explained in the engagement arrangements. It is subject to applicable legal duties, safeguarding obligations and any reporting arrangements expressly agreed in advance; it should not be understood as an absolute guarantee.
Website information and responsibility
LongArc aims to keep this website clear and accurate. The content provides general information about the practice and its approach, not an individual assessment or a complete basis for a consequential decision. Please ask us to clarify anything relevant to your circumstances.
Website availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions or third-party services. LongArc does not promise uninterrupted access or that all technical errors will be prevented. Reasonable care is taken, but no website or email system can provide absolute security.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Luxembourg law. It does not exclude responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or restrict mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Responsibility for specific coaching engagements is governed by the agreed terms and applicable law.
Content, brand and intellectual property
The LongArc name, original website copy, visual design and artwork are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law. Unless otherwise identified, rights in material supplied or commissioned by LongArc remain with the relevant rights holder. Applicable statutory exceptions are unaffected.
You may read the website and make reasonable personal-use copies. Republishing substantial parts of the content, using the branding commercially or presenting this website as your own requires the relevant permission.
Employer and institution names in the founder biography identify career or educational background. They do not imply a current partnership, accreditation or endorsement of LongArc by those organisations. “Advanced studies” is not a claim of professional certification by an unnamed body.
External links and email enquiries
External links lead to independently operated websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Opening an external link is optional and is not necessary to contact LongArc.
The enquiry tool prepares plain text on your device. It does not automatically send a message. You may open your email application or copy the draft, review it and send it yourself. Your email software and service provider control the draft and the message you send. Delivery cannot be confirmed by this website.
Personal-data processing is explained in the privacy policy.
Questions, corrections and complaints
For questions about the website, its content, accessibility or our services, contact info@longarc.lu or write to the registered office above. Please describe the issue and the outcome you are seeking so it can be considered appropriately.
Luxembourg law applies to this website, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply to them. Applicable jurisdiction and rights of complaint are determined by the relevant law; this notice does not impose an exclusive court on consumers. Privacy complaints may be brought to the relevant supervisory authority as described in the privacy policy.
If a consumer complaint remains unresolved after contacting us, information on out-of-court resolution is available from Luxembourg’s Service national du Médiateur de la consommation. Admissibility and participation depend on the applicable procedure. This information does not imply that LongArc has agreed to mandatory arbitration, membership of a mediation scheme or a binding outcome. Your right to seek judicial remedies is unaffected.
Accessibility and assistance
You can navigate this website by keyboard and contact us directly by email without using the enquiry tool. If a page, control or document is difficult to use, email info@longarc.lu, identify the issue and tell us which format or assistance would help. Please do not send sensitive records in that message.
