Before we begin

A few questions,
answered.

Clear expectations are the starting point of a good working relationship.

Ask us a question
What can I bring to coaching?

A decision, a change or a situation that feels difficult to untangle. You may be considering your career, leading through change, navigating parenting or thinking about the next phase of life. You do not need to arrive with a perfect plan.

Is this AI training or coaching for people?

It is coaching for people. LongArc focuses on human skills in the age of AI: clear thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptability, communication and judgement. It is not a software course or a technical AI implementation service.

How does coaching differ from advice or therapy?

Coaching provides structure, questions and constructive challenge to help you reach your own decisions. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or specialist educational support. Where another kind of support is needed, the appropriate professional pathway should be considered.

What happens after I get in touch?

We discuss what you are looking for and whether the support is a good fit. The format, scope, availability and fees are agreed before any paid engagement begins. Sending an enquiry does not book a session or commit you to a programme.

Do you work with international clients?

LongArc is based in Luxembourg and serves national and international clients, with a multilingual and cross-cultural perspective. Mention your preferred language and location when you enquire so that suitable arrangements can be discussed.

Can I enquire on behalf of a young person?

Yes. For a participant under 18, a parent or legal guardian should make the initial enquiry. A participant aged 18 may enquire independently. Please use your own contact details and avoid including a child’s identifying or sensitive information. Suitability, participation, consent and confidentiality arrangements are agreed before coaching begins.

Will our conversations be confidential?

Confidentiality and its limits are explained before an engagement begins, including any agreed reporting to a sponsoring organisation or arrangements for work with a minor. Confidentiality is not absolute where disclosure is required by law or appropriate safeguarding obligations apply.
